Classroom Training
This segment is a blend of traditional and interactive learning methodologies designed to create a highly engaging and application-oriented managerial learning experience. The PACE journey comprises 17 structured training modules covering a wide range of managerial, leadership, behavioral, communication, execution, and people management themes aimed at strengthening managerial effectiveness and workplace leadership capability. The program follows a blended delivery approach where a part of the modules are conducted through physical classroom sessions while the remaining modules are delivered online, ensuring flexibility, continuity of learning, and sustained participant engagement. Typically, seven modules are facilitated through in-person classroom interventions to maximize experiential learning, peer interaction, group discussions, simulations, and activity-based participation, while the remaining modules are delivered through online learning sessions supported by LMS-enabled reinforcement and continuous learning tools. Participants engage in lecture-based learning to cover foundational concepts, frameworks, managerial practices, and workplace applications relevant to modern people management and leadership challenges. To complement conceptual learning, the program incorporates a variety of activity-based methodologies including individual exercises, role-plays, group discussions, reflective activities, case-based learning, simulations, and collaborative interventions. These activities are designed to foster practical understanding, strengthen managerial confidence, improve communication and decision-making capability, encourage teamwork and collaboration, and help participants apply leadership and managerial concepts effectively to real-world workplace scenarios.
