Methodology

NAVIGATE follows a structured four-component methodology designed to ensure relevance, depth, practical application, and lasting behavioral transformation. The program combines leadership diagnostics, experiential learning, LMS-enabled reinforcement, and personalized coaching interventions to create a holistic and sustainable senior leadership development journey. The following is the step-by-step methodology of the NAVIGATE Program.

Leadership Diagnostics

The first component of the leadership development journey is a comprehensive Leadership Diagnostic designed to build self-awareness and establish a clear developmental baseline for each senior leader. The diagnostic combines a structured 360-degree leadership assessment with a focused one-on-one discussion with the leader's supervisor to provide both perceptual and performance-based insights. The 360-degree assessment gathers feedback through self-assessment, peer feedback, and team feedback, covering areas such as leadership effectiveness, collaboration, communication, decision-making, trust-building, coaching, accountability, and people management. This is further complemented by a one-on-one discussion with the supervisor to identify leadership strengths, priority development areas, alignment with business expectations, and contextual insights critical for future leadership growth and organizational impact.

Classroom Training (Six Days | Seven Modules Including Yoga & Wellness)

The classroom training component is designed as an immersive six-day leadership learning experience comprising six integrated leadership modules along with a daily Yoga and Wellness session to ensure holistic development. The sessions combine conceptual learning with interactive methodologies such as case studies, discussions, simulations, role-plays, group activities, and reflective exercises, enabling participants to connect leadership concepts with real workplace challenges. Alongside strengthening leadership capability, communication, stakeholder management, and execution excellence, the integrated wellness component helps enhance focus, emotional resilience, mental clarity, and sustainable performance.

LMS-Supported Learning & Reinforcement

The Learning Management System (LMS) extends learning beyond the classroom by providing participants with anytime, anywhere access to learning resources. The LMS hosts module content, assessments, individual and group activities, and progress dashboards that track participation and performance. This component reinforces learning, supports self-paced development, and ensures continuity and accountability throughout the program.

Executive Coaching (Three Months | Six Sessions)

The final component of NAVIGATE is one-on-one executive coaching, conducted over a three-month period with six structured coaching sessions per participant. Coaching is aligned to the insights from the 360-degree feedback and classroom learning, and focuses on applying learning to real leadership challenges. This personalized support helps participants embed new behaviors into daily practice and sustain leadership effectiveness over time.

Through its integrated four-component methodology, NAVIGATE enables leaders to move from self-awareness to skill-building to sustained behavior change. By combining diagnostic insight, experiential learning, digital reinforcement, and executive coaching, the program ensures that leadership development is personal, practical, and measurable, equipping senior leaders to navigate complexity, influence effectively, and lead with credibility and confidence.

An important differentiating component of the NAVIGATE Program is its strong emphasis on reflection, executive coaching integration, action planning, and long-term behavioral internalization. At the end of every module, participants complete structured writable PDF worksheets where they reflect on key learnings, assess their strengths and developmental areas, and create action plans with defined timelines for improvement. In parallel, participants also develop individualized leadership improvement plans based on insights emerging from their executive coaching interventions and leadership diagnostics. At the conclusion of the program, all module-wise reflection sheets, action plans, and executive coaching development documents are consolidated into a comprehensive leadership development booklet titled Future Forward Footprint. This document serves as a personalized leadership growth roadmap for the senior leadership team and acts as a structured foundation for continued leadership development, accountability, behavioral reinforcement, and long-term organizational impact beyond the formal learning journey.
